For any individual or entity liable to legal liability arising from their regular performance, such as Director and Officer Liability, Manufacture, Distributor or Retailer of product, Hospital or Medical Clinic, Medical Doctor, Technician or Medical personnel, financial institution and /or advisor.
The insurance will indemnify the third party on behalf of the insured for his/her suable legal liability, bodily injury or property damage, that may arise from the ownership of a property; or from profession related conduct and product.
General Liability
Provide coverage for indemnity to third party on behalf of the insured for their liability to the gene.
Professional Indemnity
Provide coverage for indemnity to third party on behalf of the insured for their liability arising from works performed or advice rendered in the course of their contractual agreements.
Director & Officer Liability
Provide coverage for indemnity to third party on behalf of directors and/or officers for their liability arising from the performance (conduct) during the course of employment.
Product Liability
Provide coverage for indemnity to third party on behalf of manufacturer or distributor or retailer of product for their liability to bodily injury or property damage arising from the specific product.
Medical Malpractice
Provide coverage for indemnity to third party on behalf of the medical establishment or personnel (doctor, technician, nurse, etc.) for their liability arising out of the practice of their field of medicine.
Financial Institutions
Provide coverage for indemnity to third party on behalf of financial institution for their liability arising from financial transaction or advice rendered.
